We adore your little ones, but to keep things comfortable and within our venue’s capacity, we’re hosting an adults-only celebration. Thank you for understanding and we hope you get to enjoy a fun parents night out with us!

Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless they are specifically listed on the invitation. We look forward to celebrating with our closest family and friends!

Event RSVPs are due no later than July 5, 2027. We kindly ask that all guests respond by this date, whether attending or unable to join us. If we do not receive your RSVP by July 5, we will unfortunately have to mark you as unable to attend. While we would love to celebrate with everyone, late responses may not be able to be accommodated due to strict venue and vendor deadlines.

You can RSVP via our wedding website. After you receive your invite, the RSVP tab will be live and you will simply click on the RSVP tab, enter your name, and indicate your attendance.

Yes, Richard and Raleigh will be attending! We’re so happy they’ll be there to celebrate with us. Please refrain from autograph requests. Photos are welcome and encouraged (just not during the ceremony).

Formal attire is required for the wedding. Men should wear a dark suit with a jacket and tie; women should wear floor-length gowns, elegant midi dresses, or polished jumpsuits. Please do not wear mini dresses, jeans, shorts, jean shorts, sneakers, and T‑shirts. The ceremony will take place on a lawn. Choose shoes you can comfortably walk on grass and uneven terrain. If you have questions about a specific item (boots, hats, etc.), please contact us.

We kindly ask that you keep your phones and cameras put away during our ceremony. We want everyone to be fully present in the moment, and we will be sure to share our professional photos with you after the wedding. However, feel free to take as many photos as you wish before and after the ceremony. The creek makes a gorgeous backdrop!

Please arrive no later than 4:45 PM and be seated by 4:55 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM.

There is an on-site lot where overnight parking is permitted at the wedding venue. We recommend carpooling or rideshare if you plan to stay in Boulder; the venue is about 10 minutes from downtown where most hotels are located. If you need accessible parking, please email us and we’ll reserve a spot for you.

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be outdoors; the dance floor is indoors.

Boulder is about 45 - 60 minutes from Denver International Airport depending on traffic; plan extra time for peak travel hours as I-70 traffic is infamous for being unpredictable.

Yes. We’ll serve a full dinner with multiple entree options during the reception, plus hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour and a sweet treat after dinner.

Is the sky blue? Absolutely! There will be a complimentary open bar for guests during the cocktail hour and reception. Please enjoy responsibly and make sure to be nice to the bartenders! If you do plan to drink, please plan on using ride share. If need be, you are welcome to keep your car in the venue parking lot overnight. We love y’all and want to make sure you’re safe!

Per venue policy, no outside food, drinks, or alcohol are allowed. This includes outside caterers, delivered items, and party beverages. If you have dietary needs or a special request, please contact us at haileyandlance@gmail.com and we’ll coordinate with the venue.
